“Once a year go someplace you’ve never been before.” ❤️ ~ Anonymous
I have been praying about guiding a yoga retreat for over a year, knowing God’s timing and will are always best. I was given a clear vision. Then, about two weeks ago, my friend Hanan Palz called me to say I have been on her heart to lead a yoga retreat together. Say what? Wow, this is a huge answer to prayer! “Take time to develop a vision. First it happens in spirit. Then it manifests in the physical. Not the other way around.” ~ Melody Beattie
All the details are Divinely coming together, and we would LOVE for you to be a part of our transformational PRESENT MOMENT RETREAT experience! CLICK HERE for dates and details. I highly recommend stepping out of the everyday routine to RETREAT:
Reconnect — Root to rebound. The higher the growth up, the deeper must be the enrooting. Connect deeply within and without. Be still and know.
Explore — Let’s play! Celebrate. What captures your attention? Time is a great luxury. “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.” ~ Helen Keller
Tune In — Gently return to center. What do you really need right now? Inquiry leads to more specificity.
Relax — Where can you soften? Presence and awareness encourage healing.
Engage — Be fascinated in possibility. Widen your circle. “Where would you have me go? What would you have me do? What would you have me say and to whom?” ~ Marianne Williamson
Appreciate — Let an inner smile soften your face. “I know precisely what you need to draw nearer to Me. Go through each day looking for what I have prepared for you. Accept every event as My hand-tailored provision for your needs. When you view your life this way, the most reasonable response is to be thankful. Do not reject any of My gifts; find Me in every situation.” ~ Jesus Calling, May 29
Take Away — Insights and integration — Notice what you need to do to stay present, passionate, and peaceful. Be open to growth and transformation.
“I can’t tell you how much I long for you to enter this wide-open, spacious life. We didn’t fence you in. The smallness you feel comes from within you. Your lives aren’t small, but you’re living them in a small way. I’m speaking as plainly as I can and with great affection. Open up your lives. Live openly and expansively! ~ 2 Corinthians 6:11-13, The Message
